CONTINUIM™ Optimize

CONTINUIM CONTINUIM™ Optimize CONTINUIM™ Plan CONTINUIM™ Design CONTINUIM™ Build CONTINUIM™

FORTE’s CONTINUIM Optimize accelerates the initial start-up phase of the solution, providing better results and lower costs than traditional methods. Utilizing the iOPTIMIZE™ Distribution Intelligence System (see below), FORTE measures DOD performance against stated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Constant feedback is provided to mitigate the impact of demand fluctuations and continuously optimize your distribution operations.

iOPTIMIZE™ Distribution Intelligence System

CONTINUIMi Model — Click to view larger.FORTE’s iOPTIMIZE™ Distribution Intelligence System software is a continuous process improvement tool that synergizes existing assets (e.g. Material Handling Equipment [MHE], Warehouse Management System [WMS], labor) for ongoing distribution management purposes. This easy-to-use tool employs a “performance dashboard” which provides DC managers readily accessible and understandable, quantitative distribution operations performance intelligence.

With this tool:

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are utilized to provide continuous feedback, mitigating the impact of demand fluctuations.
  • Events are tracked within distribution operations to evaluate performance and maintain process synchronization.
  • Managers have increased visibility of where variability is occurring within their distribution operations.

Most importantly, the iOPTIMIZE™ provides critical historical data and predictive future projections in order to fine tune your existing distribution operations or plan for future expansion in a timely manner.
