Mason, OH – February 20, 2005 – A home décor direct
selling company has selected FORTE experts to advise them during an
internally planned and project managed distribution initiative.
The home decorating product marketer has a strong growth record. In
order to maintain growth and customer satisfaction the company plans
to modify the existing material handling system within their centralized
distribution center. The objective is to achieve adequate functionality
and throughput capabilities for the next two years. FORTE’s experience
with planning and implementing successful distribution systems for
direct selling companies made it a valuable component of the improvement
efforts.
As an objective outside advisor, FORTE will perform the assessment to
validate the proposed changes while identifying any possible areas of
